[IRCA] KEVA 1240 QSL Received today

Received a QSL from the  Feb. 2005 DX test today plus a note apologizing for 
the tardiness.  Very nice. The note mentions to try for the next test which 
is scheduled for Oct 23rd. This was a nice catch for me since I have a 
semi-local on that 1240.
