[IRCA] KTCA log

Have been logging a good to occasionally weak signal from KTCA,  
Corpus Christi, 1030 KHz since about 10:28 UTC. Identified in English  
at 10:30 but has been in Spanish ever since. Slight interference from  
WBZ, which would normally be the dominant station here.
