I would only see the BC -- WRTH shorthand for CMBC -- as something not 
verifiable.

By way of analysis, the other stations listed in WRTH for 640 are well to 
the east on the island and of lower power than the Havana location, so less 
likely to have been heard.

Identifying that it was Radio Progreso by // comparison with another 
presumed R.Pro. station would have eliminate any uncertainty as to the 
network, should under other circumstances there be any.

Local reports from the west coast of FL have R.Pro. strong, DF'ed to 
Havana, consistent with your report.

But most importantly, you know the frequency and have the location and 
network from their TOH ID.  You can't really do much better than that with 
a Cuban.

Not remotely suggesting to be any sort of authority on the subject, but I 
would have no problem except as noted, with the validity and completeness 
of your report.

I'm sure you feel much better now. ;-)
