[IRCA] Radio Marti on 1620 via WDHP

Radio Marti with a baseball game play-by-play, is on 1620kHz via WDHP Saint 
Croix, US Virgin Islands, 09/02/06, 2330 UTC.

The signal is good with some QRN.  R.Marti // 13820 & 6030, both also good 
for me but with bubble jamming in the background.
