KMPH 840 blasts in to Vacaville (VV) with the Wall St Journal Report //910 KNEW before sunup, and when I leave to go to work the signal is so weak you can hear the TIS with touchtones...

Listening from Sacramento in the daytime, their signal is weak but not as weak as in VV.

Looking on FCC, the patterns tell the story.  Day pattern puts most power away from VV, towards the southeast.  I'm sure KXNT likes that... Night pattern sends it WSW, main lobe covers VV and SF very well.  Sacramento gets spared the brunt of the signal in both cases.
