Easy Kevin.  Get yourself to Trader Joes and look for
their Grade B maple syrup from Quebec (740 ml bottle,
red and gold label). Our son-in-law is from New
Hampshire and periodically gets some of the "real"
stuff his folks make.  TJ's isn't exactly a dead-on
match, but a worthy second place.
