[IRCA] hints of the coming season

At 0600UT, there's choral mx, and some brief SS talk on 530, battling 
with a couple of TISs.  RVC making its first appearance of the 
upcoming season?  And, down a kHz is  our Alaskan beacon 
"SQM".  Heard first a few evenings ago, but quite good tonight.
