Kevin,

USN Naval ships receive TV via satellite. I worked for the USN for several years. The electronic gear onboard is quite amazing, least what I was allowed to see. Last shipyard I worked in was the San Francisco Naval Shipyard at Hunters Point, in San Francisco.
