Oddly, JOAK was pretty much the best Japanese here also this morning at 
1350UTC. No EE talk under, but I didn't stick around. Otherwise, lots of 
carriers, mostly weak, but only other definite audio in a quick scan was on 
1566, pretty strong on its Japanese service before the 1345UT change in 
directional pattern, about equal with the splash afterwards, with Chinese 
talk.  

Do you get audio on 1566 between 1230 and 1345UT, Bill?
