Phil,
I listened to the clip.  You are right.  The individual IDs were legal, if
they were not simulcasting.  FCC rules say that during periods when the same
program is being simulcast over several channels, the originating station
may make the ID announcements for all satellite stations as long as each ID
includes the frequency.  (47CFR73.1201)
