I will add one thing to your comments.
   It doesn't mean you cannot get that QSL. You have to be more
creative. E mail is working out to be more and more viable for QSLing. I
know DXers that use it almost all of the time. Their reply rates do go
up. It is easy for a station to reply via e mail. Join the 21st Century.
There is a new World out there and QSLing is not dead, but you have work
with the stations and be creative.
