Dave,

Pure guesswork but I'd bet your SS on 620 is XESS.  Heard here from time to time.  Also guesswork on the 710 but I remember about 20 some years ago I was getting the Culican station nightly
(until 1:30am PST) sign off.  Course 710 was a lot less crowded then.
