Excellent conditions to FE Russia this morning.
549 RUSSIA, Svobodnyy, good with man in RR at 1045 UTC 3/10. Some
550 splash. (PM-OR)
576 RUSSIA, Khabarovsk/Petropavlovsk
//549 with Radio Mayak at 1051 UTC 3/10. Very good. (PM-OR)
720 RUSSIA, Yu-Sakhalinsk, very strong, not // to 576, 549. RR pop
tunes and YL in RR at 1055 3/10. Totally dominant at times over KDWN off
WNW EWE. The best I have heard in a long time. (PM-OR)
