[IRCA] 530 RVC

RVC 530 has been incredibly regular this season here on Vancouver Island, 
hardly worth reporting anymore, but tonight it was barrelling in on a 
barefoot CCRadio as well just after 0500UT.

They'll be able to sell time here if this keeps up.
