[IRCA] 558 kHz JOCR ?
Hello,
Woman talking loud, music from 1054-1112 UTC. Fair at times, faded TOH, no pips heard. The woman talking loud matches receptions in DXWW for the years 2001-2002. Singing by man and woman. Assuming JOCR? Will listen to tape latter.
