[IRCA] KBRT-740 on day rig

KBRT-740 Avalon, CA seems to be still running day power, clobbering
KCBS after 7pm PST.  They're running an interview with Ann Rice.  (To
put it mildly, this station's format is a little loose; they don't
consistently run mainstream Bible-based Protestant programming, so
you'll often hear something that's a bit off-kilter like the program
that's airing now).
