Re: [IRCA] TA last night



Barry beats me to the punch.  Often a good signal, even over RVCI and the
local info station on Eglin AFB, but never any audio on it here.  This is
akin to the situation on 891, where the het sometimes overwhelms all 890
stations, but no hint of audio on the signal.  The suspect there, too, is
Algeria.

531 here is often Spain and/or Switzerland, but the dominant 531 signal 
last night seemed to be Algeria.  They appear to share the trait of other 
Algerian stations in having very low audio levels.
