[IRCA] RW beacon doing well in NE Oregon

You western folks, (or anyone) if you haven't heard the 480 RW beacon yet, 
perhaps tonight will be a good time to try. It's currently coming in well 
here, 0500 utc. 479.810 kHz, standard message he's been using all the time--
"RW  RW  RW  RW  RW DE WA2XRM". He shuts off around 0600 or sometimes later 
if he's up.
