Hi Patrick,
I'm listening to 'Night Sounds" also.  The announcer is very, very calm and 
low key and could slow an out of control freight train with his relaxing 
voice.

 I haven't been out-doors or opened a window lately, but there was quite a 
strong wind earlier.
