[IRCA] WUMP Test

Tried the past two mornings with 10-minute TOH & BOH overnite
unattended recordings. Alas, nothing but CKAC and presumed XEX and
various assorted noises were heard. 

I didn't even get any of the more usual 0600 s/ons such as WLIL.

I can't say I expected to hear something at that low a power with CKAC
on the air...
