Well if it is Fidel, he's been up way past his bedtime.

I always found theremins fascinating.  Not the instrument of choice for 
Communist dictators, I wouldn't think, too laid back.

However, according to Theremin World, if it is Fidel, then this is probably 
his group:
"Back to the Stone Age" uses a homemade pitch-only theremin, heavily 
distorted through various peddles.

Fidel's politics certainly match the group name, and the result is 
definitely heavily distorted.

Sometimes I think I'm too easily distracted.
