It's not yet noticeable here 183 Miles WSW of Steve. KFAX is way stronger
than last night, and of course he has much more sensitive equipment.

Am hearing the wobbler already, 0200 utc, on 1100 here in NE Oregon, good
level, presently wobbling at a relatively slow rate of about once a second.
Trying USB this time, as less splatter.
