[IRCA] Question...sending digital recordings to radio stations

I have a question, would sending a cd with a recording of a reception to a
radio station, instead of a tape, get results?  The sound file could be
recorded as a WAV or in CD audio format.

Has anyone else tried this?  For instance, my recent reception of Norway on
1314: I could send a reception report in English and enclose a cd containing
my recording of the reception.
