[IRCA] LWBC in NE Oregon

189 Iceland doing quite well presently, since 0315 utc when I tuned in. 
Medium level, playing pop tunes, with a Christmas tune just before 0400. 
Best I've heard TA LWBC in quite awhile. Only very weak hets on MW.
