[IRCA] WJWK 1280 is back on the air

WJWK 1280 Seaford, Delaware is back on the air.  It was heard here at 
1059 EST 11 Dec with "lite" oldies // to WKHI 107.5 Fruitland, MD and 
 WJKI 103.5 Bethany Beach,DE. You can hear the full ID at

The male announcer loudly identifies the two FM stations and the 
female announcer quietly identifies WJWK.  There was slight 
interference from WADO.  WHVR, the usual channel dominant was phase 
nulled.
