Re: [IRCA] Michigan TPs, October 26th, 2018

Hopefully you can catch something more positive from HLAZ. I've never had a
carrier here that direction that seemed better than 10 dB shy of audio. On
the morning when I had Japan on 693 and 747 a decade ago, 972 Korea almost
made it but couldn't get past slop from then cheating KQAQ.

I'm not up in time for Marshall's 1098 as they s/off 1130, but their OC is
often strong and at levels that would provide audio. More in the Midwest
can get this if they can get away from WTAM issues. Mid Sept here is a good
time for 1098 as SR peak is near their s/off and the anthem can be had.

DU's a bit better here this morning and 1017 Tonga in, this time with
island mx rather than female talk heard a couple days ago. Never good, but
above threshold level on peaks. Also, just above threshold was mx from the
higher carrier freq of the two carriers on 702. Not // the other ABC
powerhouses so sb. NZ again. No Aussies strong and hopefully the weekend
will prove to me that DU season isn't over.

It seems I need to turn my S DKAZ around to the North. 73 KAZ 35 miles NW
of Chicago
