Heard a couple of nights ago in West Michigan for the first time:

The time pips and music at the top of the hour really cut through CBK at
03:00 UTC. Hopefully this helps someone else add Hungary to their logbook,
even if they think CBK (or CBT?) are too strong to overcome.
