Re: [IRCA] S. AZ TAs from 10/22 Monday night

Normally, based on our just-completed LBI DXpedition, it should be Spain.

Despite the usual very bad storm static TA conditions weren't too bad. I
had 1089 presumed UK for almost 40 minutes fading up over and over with
bits of talk in the heavy splatter, from 0212-0250 utc. I listened at
the bench with headphones while doing other stuff. Much later 855 with
very poor talk at 0502; 1044 with very poor talk at 0504. Who is most
likely for 1044? My 2017 WRTH says most likely suspect Morocco is inactive.

LWBC not so bad with 171 Morocco, 183 Germany, 198 UK, 216 France, 252
Algeria over the same 02-06 utc period with a couple fading up to good
sync det level at times.
