The low and middle band were full of Chinese signals this morning after 1400, with 603-China dominant over HLSA, 657-China at equal strength with Pyongyang, 738-BEL2 at S9, 963-CRI very strong in Russian, etc. It was easily the best Chinese morning of the season here so far-- full details to follow.
