[IRCA] TP 12 Oct Victoria West Coast live snippet

I had to be on campus 1 1/2 hour earlier this AM...

So - to the dials for 5 minutes or so after a sneak peak at the NHP
Fish-Barrel (which looked
promising...)

*Between 1416 and 1420 UTC* the dial was feeling something of a pre-sunrise
bounce...

Asian (TP) audio on 558, 567, 585 (JJ), 594, 603, 612 (DU EE), 639, 747,
801 (YL Island sounding English...), 819, 828, 837, 846, 873, 891, etc...

As I was driving to work at 1440 972 was alive and well on my Honda Civic
car radio.

If this is the "shape up" tomorrow could be good - but as we all know -
that does not always
follow!

Curious to hear other folks observation.
