[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 3-30 (Preliminary)

657-Pyongyang BS has come down with a severe throbbing hum issue, which consumes a great part of its audio modulation. The issue got progressively worse during this morning's session, with this signal initially received at 1320 https://dreamcrafts.box.com/s/txflgu1q70zvh3z313a0dzi9hgzxab64

The throbbing hum issue sounds very similar to the throbbing hum degrading the signal on 621-VOK's Japanese service, as received in Kona, Hawaii at 0850 on December 20th https://dreamcrafts.box.com/s/rhfksf381csgtohluxt3e97tjf79fshm

Other than Pyongyang's wacky signal the session was fairly routine; full details to follow.
