[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 3-28

Some second-tier Asians joined the usual big guns with fairly good audio this morning as conditions continued to recover. A sharp daybreak boost raised 603-HLSA, 657-Pyongyang and 738-BEL2 up to respectable levels around 1325, while the usual Japanese big guns and the Korean stations on 972 and 1566 had good peaks in and out.

In the predawn darkness 594, 693, 747, 972 and 1566 were at fair levels around 1310, while 738-BEL2 was already having fair peaks in and out of the KCBS splatter. At the first hint of daylight 657-Pyongyang's angry female announcer came out of the noise around 1325 at a fairly obnoxious level, while 603-HLSA's Korean pop music also broke audio. The Chinese pop music on 738-BEL2 had some good peaks in the KCBS splatter, although it would drop right back down into the San Francisco noise after a minute. Other than these it was primarily a big gun Asian session here, with 594 and 693 the strongest of the bunch with very good peaks around 1335.
