Last night we had a community wide power outage for over an hour â
Noise levels went from S9+ to around S5...
Amazing how much remained.
Iâm thinking the culprits are solar arrays
And stuff being re-radiated by the temporarily off-line 13kv distribution.
By the time I got back from the Alii drive,
I had about 15 minutes to listen (around 0700) and there were oceanic carriers - little else.,
