It's been a little unpredictable in Victoria.  Sunrise today was 
1600UT, and HLAZ reappeared with a man in Russian around 1640UT, 
fairly readable for a minute or so.  Between sunrise and  time, 1287 
and 594 had made a couple of half-hearted appearances.

Today was mostly big guns pre-sunrise though, not blistering, but 
doing all right.   There was a fade down after 1530UT or so, with a 
slight lift closer to sunrise when 594, 747 (s/off again today at 
1600UT) were doing well with audio poking up on 945, 954, 1287 as well.
