[IRCA] TP in NE Oregon

Hello Steve,

 

Heard two TP's this morning with audio, JOUB & JOAK.  Both with fair signals, then very deep fade outs. 

That was around 1300 UTC.  Compared the 5' loop and the EWE this morning.  The EWE has a little more gain, but the loop was not far behind.  TP conditions at this location have not been that good lately.  The best reception for November was on the 9th.   October was very good, with October 23 being the best.  TA's were in and got a nice ID from VOR Germany.  I have the next four days off.  Going to work on the 10' loop, adding wire to cover the long-wave band.  Thanks Terry and Pat for your convention bids.  Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and receives some great DX.
