[IRCA] TPDX in Seattle on Nov 2

Today was probably the best Asian morning all season for me. There were 
plenty of signals in the lower and middle parts of the band, with very 
little above 1200.ÂÂ There were lots of tantalizing carriers that almost 
produced audio, and several more that produced weak audio. Vietnam 675 
was the highlight of the day.

splash, rare here

675ÂÂÂ VIETNAM, fair 1431 anthem & woman with apparent ID, Vietnam 
mentioned twice. Seemed to match the anthem and ID posted for VOV1 on 
intervalsignals.net

splatter
