Greetings,

Yes, indeed the ballot is in the latest IRCA bulletin and this time we
have a choice of conventions.

This is the first time that the IRCA Convention has had a bid for a
small town too on the beautiful Oregon Coast away from traffic, noise,
and QRM. I would appreciate your vote for Seaside.

You can either vote by snail mail to Ray or just e mail him with your
vote.
