Most hear is the Sonora station, followed by “Jose’ on 710 from Black Rock City (Phoenix)  AZ.  From the music, it sounds like Sonora.

I'm listening to a Spanish station in the KSPN-710 null. 10PM PST. Playing Norteno and other music, slogan hard to understand. Anyone else hearing this one? Suspect Mexico.
