Thanks mark.  I have respected your insights for some time.
As for the nrc newsletters,  it could be that I just glossed over the ta/tp
reports due to lack of interest. And let's face it,  50+yrs. Can erase a lot
of memory!
Thanks for your kind recollections on behalf of all of us.
Btw:  my best ever catch was   ksl  640  back in 1966 using e-w 160'random
and a knight-kit r-100a. I think it took almost a year to catch! Modest by
today's standards but.
After that girls, cars, lack of interest in dx. Back to the buttons in 2006.
