[IRCA] TP from Masset for 29 March, 2017

A return this morning for the Asians, but primarily Japan.  The normal
blowtorch Korean on 972, for instance was weak, and co- channel to
Australia.  The X-band was rather good as well, especially 1611.  The
session ended quickly at just after 15:00 UTC, without any dawn
enhancement.  75% Asian, and maybe 25% DU.  A Filipino or 2, as well.
Strange, but at tune-in at 13:45, all 4 of my antennae seemed almost
identical, as if the band was showering down on Masset:  the SW DKAZ, the
NW Bog, the N Beverage, and the NE/SW ALA 100!  This did not last, though.
By 14:30, only the Bog produced useful signals.  73, from Masset!
