Hi all - for several days I had been receiving something on 1386 that I was
pretty sure was Lithuania (largely because it was RR), but could never
extract an ID. Here it is, from a file on the 12th. New country.
1. LITHUANIA - Radio Baltic Waves International rel. R Liberty (Kaunas)
1386 kHz 12 Oct 2016 0058-0101:30UTC; mx selection, ID in RR at TOH. Fade
badly by 0101:30, otherwise fair (33333). No // heard on 1557 due to 50 kW
WFME on 1560. Recording from 0059.
