Colin,

The only Russian LW (279), I got a direct e mail QSL card from the CE. He was quite surprised how well 279 got out. The only other Russian LWer I got QSL'd was 151 kHz back in the 60s with a Radio Moscow transmission in Russian. 279 was common here on the coast.
