[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-11

What sounded like a promising band in the predawn darkness tapered off somewhat with increasing daylight, as many second-tier TP's failed to get any sunrise enhancement boost. A few stations like 657-Pyongyang and a presumed 738-BEL2 ended up slightly stronger than yesterday, but mostly it was a Japanese and Korean big gun show.

In the predawn darkness at 1250 there was a good variety of promising carriers on 603, 657, 738, 936, 1035 and 1044, but only 657 and 738 seemed to get any sunrise enhancement boost. The Japanese and Korean big guns on 594, 693, 747, 828, 972, 1053 and 1566 were at moderate strength in and out throughout the session, with the bizarre singing practice on 972-HLCA back for another TP season. 657-Pyongyang's Korean male shouter reached a fair level at 1315, followed by the Korean female shouter at 1320. The 1053-Jammer (on an equal intellectual level) managed its best signal of the new season at 1325 (very good), while a presumed 738-BEL2 finished up the session with fair-level instrumental music at 1330 Overall the session was somewhat of a letdown after yesterday, but not too bad in consideration of the modest solar predictions for this season.

657 Pyongyang BS Pyongyang, N. Korea Korean male shouter at 1315; somewhat stronger than yesterday (unfortunately)
