Re: [IRCA] IBOC from WTOP -- Postscript

KFUO keeps it's IBOC on until Denver sunset, giving KKOW and WHAS fits. WCBW 880, as a third adjacent channel station, is supposed to be afforded protection from KFUO's IBOC sidebands, but they aren't. I'm pretty sure WTOP's coverage has been compromised with IBOC, as it's happening with KFUO's coverage area. KFUO's management is not happy with IBOC, and plans to switch it off in the not-too-distant future. KMOX is threatening to go IBOC soon; that will damage the reception of a fourth adjacent channel station (WRYT 1080) in the St. Louis area. That's probably why they acquired KHOJ 1460 (ex-KIRL).
