Also my complaint about 1480 Gooding ID may have made a difference too
as they are (presumed) 93 watts generally at night. It is possible the
FCC is monitor this stuff. I know they did act of local KSWB back in the
90s when I phoned the Portland FCC office. They shut them down until
they fixed the problems.
