[IRCA] Spanish on 750khz

I'm down to only two frequencies with "one station" logged. One is
1670khz, and the other is 750khz with only WSB to show for my
trouble. 

Using the phaser, I can null WSB enough to easily hear a powerful
Spanish station underneath...but have never caught an ID. Any tips
on how to narrow this down?
