Back in the 80s KLOM in Lompoc climbed up to #1 most wanted from my S.F. locale.  I tried morning, evening & whenever trying to hear just a peep from them.  I never did.  Extremely
disappointing.  I heard Yucca Valley testing in 1975 & believe I also heard a later version on regular schedule in the 80s.  Will look it up later.  dkk
