The old Expos, during their last couple of seasons, didn't have a Montreal 
English station until late in spring training.
Hence, I'd be shocked, at this point, if any English station would be 
willing to make a commitment (or find sponsors) FOR CARRYING another 
team's games.
Give it a couple of years, and things may change.
Montreal was once a strong baseball market and perhaps one day it will be 
again; but not right now.
