[IRCA] Re: good grief, a TA!

I guess it's time for you guys on the west coast to hear TA's. All I had
here was carriers on 153, 162, 171, 198, 1053, 1134 and 1314. Maybe faint
audio on 162. Even the carriers were not that strong.
