[IRCA] KXTR DX Tip

Thanks to Neil Kaz, and the NRC provided "DX Tip" service. My cell phone
went off while I was outside working on our new travel trailer. I quickly 
went
inside and listened to about half a period of "Rampage Hockey"!

This was a new logging for me, and like many, I was happy to hear some
hockey on the radio!
